A Little About Me

Hi, my name is Boingotlo Karabo Seitshiro, born in Francistown on the 28th November and raised in Gaborone. A young female photographer who started off her photography journey in October 2013, where I had my first ever booking and using only one camera, a Nikon D5100, a 15-55 and 70-300 Sigma lens and currently using a Nikon D7200. I am also a Journalism and Graduate from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology having studied Journalism and Media Studies.

As a female photographer, I took it upon me to not relax back and be discouraged by the male domination industry, and so I learn my new techniques, and improve my work by going through YouTube tutorials, by researching on how veteran photographers end up with a million dollar photograph. I also go through old work to see where to improve and what to fix.

From my year of starting photography, I have ever since preferred outdoor shoots than the indoors but still end up with taking bookings for indoors and bring out magnificent results. Photography is like another enhanced version of life, were reality is captured still for one to observe each detail of moments lived.

My interests are travelling, cooking and photography, all three of the mentioned are aligned and synced to give a story to a viewer as to how my eye depicts the live of a subject.

Travelling brings out experiencing new culture, new people and new landscape that are remarkable, and that is always something worth to capture and have a photograph that lasts longer and has a meaning even years to come. Travel shoot in new scenery excites me, also black and white artistic photographs which have the depth of capturing the soul of a subject.

Ms Boingotlo Karabo Seitshiro built a brand, Boii KS’ Photography, which the name is derived from her name, Boii in short of Boingotlo, K her initial from middle name Karabo and S from her surname, Seitshiro

Boii KS’ Photography has ever grown from 2013, and it offers affordable fresh, beautiful memorable photographs that are not enough to get of.  The magic that we bring forth, is forever remembered by our clients. And we make sure that before the photoshoot /booking, clients are comfortable and connect with the ideas ran through for them.

If a client does not have an idea of what to do for a shoot, but they want to have one with us, we offer help with concept ideas brainstorming for your shoot, before the date and venue is even agreed on.
